The Career Place works with Individuals to identify career paths and maximise work satisfaction; and Organisations to build and realise talent. Through a combination of Career Counselling, Executive Coaching, and Psychological Services, the Career Place is well situated to respond to a range of client needs and objectives.

With significant work experience in corporate, community, and private practice environments, the career place was formed with a view to assisting individuals in the realisation of work-life goals; and partnering with organisations that are committed to working with their employees in the achievement of their potential.    

Service Summary:

• Career Guidance Consultations – for career and job changers; secondary school students; internal career path clarity  
  
  
• Coaching and Development – for individuals in transition; line and executive level managers in organisations; small and medium enterprise business owners and managers
  
  
• In-School career profiling - for Year 10 to 12 Students. We provide reporting to complement and support existing career guidance programs.
  
  
• Psychological services – organisations and individuals (through the availability of profiling for recruitment assistance and Employee Assistance Program services)
