Jodie Thelning
Principal Psychologist

Jodie Thelning, registered Psychologist, has been in private practice for over ten years. With a background in counselling and providing direction to long term unemployed young people, Jodie has extensive experience in assessing and identifying career fit. In 2000 Jodie partnered with educational Psychologist Judy Baird in establishing the career assessment program to meet the career development needs of students in schools, and adults looking toward career change. Over 5,000 people have since completed The Career Assessment Program. In addition, Jodie runs her own private practice, Best Life Psychology, where she provides counselling and therapy to individuals and couples working across a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, self esteem and relationship difficulties. Jodie holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Psychology, a graduate diploma in emotionally focused therapy, and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Jodie is passionate about helping people navigate their life journey and fulfil their potential.
